Membership Info

Lake Claire Neighbors is an incorporated non-profit, tax-exempt, homeowners association.  In accordance with the by-laws, membership consists of all residents, property owners, and businesses within the boundaries of the Lake Claire Neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia.

If you are a Lake Claire resident, your payment of dues helps us help you.  Dues are voluntary (optional) and reasonable.

            Yearly Membership Dues:  $20/household

Unfortunately dues and gifts to LCN are not tax deductible.  However, they help us do great things such as maintain a security patrol, park and stream bank clean-ups, installation of neighborhood signs, community events, distribution of the monthly newsletter, and staying ahead of city planning developments.

Get involved in Lake Claire Neighbors and help us keep Lake Claire lively, safe, and beautiful.

As authorized in the Atlanta Neighborhood Planning Unit "N" by-laws, NPU-"N" has delegated to LCN first review of variances, liquor license applications, and similar issues.  We have the power to recommend approval or disapproval, but so not actually approve or deny these items.
