Announcements and current issues:
Variance: V-20-067, 506 Harold Avenue. Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to 1.) reduce the required north side yard setback from 7 feet to 3 feet and 2.( to reduce the required rear yard setback from 15 feet to 3 feet in order to construct an accessory structure.
Other issues – those with concerns or information they wish to bring to the membership.
Lake Claire Neighbors meets the third Thursday of each month.
