Variances and zoning:

Variance: V-20-147.   441 Leonardo Ave., NE:  Applicant seeks a variance from zoning regulations to: 1)  to increase the maximum lot coverage from 50% to 53% and to 2) increase the size of an accessory structure from 30% of the main structure to 34% of the main structure in order to renovate and add an addition to an existing detached garage/home office.

Zoning: Z-20-075.   1845 Almeta Ave., NE:  Applicant seeks to rezone the property from its current designation as R-4 to R-4A in order to allow for the potential subdivision of the existing lot into 3 lots instead of 2 lots as currently allowed under R-4 zoning regulations.
