Donate to the Freedom Park Conservancy

Freedom Park was born from community engagement, citizen empowerment, and civic discourse.

Thanks to the dedication of many, Freedom Park has become a dynamic “connective greenspace” for the City of Atlanta. With its expansive lawns, tree-lined paths, miles of trails, and diverse public artworks, it serves as both a cherished neighborhood treasure and a national symbol. Over the past 25 years, the park has inspired cultural dialogue, civic activism, environmental stewardship, and countless outdoor experiences.

The Freedom Park Conservancy, a donor-supported nonprofit, works in partnership with the City of Atlanta to preserve this vibrant space. As an all-volunteer organization, we dedicate ourselves daily to maintaining and enhancing the 130-acre greenspace for the enjoyment of all.

To sustain our efforts, we are excited to announce the launch of our

Park Partners Program. This program depends on the generosity of local residents, businesses, and organizations to continue our work in maintaining the park, supporting programming and public art, and improving amenities. Previous contributions have funded playgrounds, art installations, lighting, walking tours, trash cans, and more.
