A message from Freedom Park Conservancy

Freedom Park Conservancy

Dear Neighbor,

Freedom Park is one of Atlanta’s largest parks, its only art park, and a true community treasure. Every day, it connects neighborhoods, showcases public art, and provides welcoming green space for thousands of walkers, cyclists, families, and visitors.

Yet, many people still find it difficult to navigate the park and discover all it has to offer.

That’s why Freedom Park Conservancy has launched the Find Your Way in Freedom Park Campaign—a $250,000 fundraising effort to install new wayfinding signage throughout the park. These signs will make it easier and safer to explore the park’s 8 miles of trails, discover its art and history, and fully enjoy Atlanta’s most unique linear park.

Phase One of this project will focus on directional wayfinding signs and includes some gateway signs and maps—creating a foundation for a comprehensive signage program across the park.

We invite you to join us in bringing this vision to life. Please make a donation today at  Every contribution, large or small, helps build a more connected, welcoming park for our community. Your gift will also qualify you to be included as a 2025 Park Partner.

Together, we can guide the way for future generations in Freedom Park.

With gratitude,
