Pizza  (compliments of Savage Pizza)  and wine will be served 15 minutes before the meeting.   The Lake Claire Neighbors Association is very grateful

• 2013dues reminder – $20 per household
• Use of greenspace grant funds from Councilmember Natalyn Archibong and the City’s Love Your Block Program.
• Common Cause:   Petition for putting funding of the Atlanta Stadium on November ballot
• Variance request for 447 Leonardo Avenue (V-13-076).  Request to reduce front yard from 35’ to 25’ to raise and extend the roof on a front porch extension for a single family dwelling.
• Bicycle safety improvements along McLendon Ave., Joshuah Mello, Director of Planning, City of Atlanta

Lake Claire Neighbors meets the third Thursday of each month.
