Update on the City of Atlanta housing code enforcement ordinance: Bill Flemming
V-19-131, 601 Clifton Rd: Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulation: to reduce the required rear yard setback from 15 feet to 3 foot for the construction of a two story accessory structure.
Other issues – those with concerns or information they wish to bring to the membership.
Lake Claire Neighbors meets the third Thursday of each month.
