· 2015 dues reminder – $20 per household
· Lake Claire Tour of Homes
· Annual vote to confirm NPU-N Bylaws. Administrative changes were approved in the April LCN Meeting and are shown as changes in the attached redline version. NPU-N Bylaws, 2007 FINAL_REDLINE_2013v4
· Variance V-15-137 – 306 Arizona Ave: Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to reduce the required north side yard setback from the required 7 feet to 2 feet in order to allow for an addition to a single family dwelling.
