· 2015 dues reminder – $20 per household
· Appointment of Annsley Klehr as Chair of the newly formed LCN Education Committee
· Tour of Homes
· Variance V-15-159– 451 Clifton Rd., NE. Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to (1) reduce the required south side yard setback 7 feet to 3 feet and (2) to reduce the required rear yard setback from 15 feet to 9 feet/8 inches (provided 5 feet credit for half of adjacent alley) to allow construction of an accessory structure (freestanding carport).
