• 2013 dues reminder – $20 per household
• Update on variance request for 2060 Howard Circle. Possible discussion depending on outcome of negotiations with builder
• Variance 13 043 – 481 Clifton Rd
• Variance 13 052 – 476 Leonardo
• Both are side yard variance request to add a second story on an existing non- conforming foundation footprint.

Lake Claire Neighbors meets the third Thursday of each month.
