The DeKalb County Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) will hold its August public meeting this Monday, August 16, 2021, at 6:00 pm, via Zoom. On the agenda is an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a 6’ chain-link fence around much of the Frazer Center. The applicant is The Children’s Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (CRC, Inc.), the owners of the property. This hearing will cover only that portion of the fence proposed for the east side of the property, located in unincorporated DeKalb County, that abuts properties on the west side of Lakeshore Drive.
