Variances and zoning:
V-21-055: 2066 McLendon Avenue: Variance request for an addition to a single-family dwelling. The applicant seeks a variance to reduce the front yard setback from 35-feet to 24’-4” and to reduce the west side yard setback from 7-feet to 2’-7” for an addition to an existing single family dwelling.
