Bicycle theft, car break-ins. Continue to be vigilent. Call 911 if you see suspicious or usual behavior/situations.
Edgewood Center: # to call if suspicious activity at Edgewood (678-618-2308 – Edgewood 24 hr security)

Pickup in residential burglary – 50% increase
Lock your windows and doors! Cut your shrubs back and light your properties so patrolmen can spot suspicious activity. Monitored alarms recommended.
Be on the lookout for White Dodge Durango occupied by 2 black males. Suspect in burglaries. Call 911 if spotted.

A: 6am to 6pm. Daytime.
Other categories of crime are good. Vehicle break-ins have decreased by 20%. Auto thefts also decreased.
PATH patrols increased in Freedom Park.

Have added additional security officers at Edgewood Center.
Q: Dekalb traffic; Still need turn signal at underpass.
A: Have been requested to city and will have to be approved by DOT.

Oct 18 Trees Atlanta planting on Dekalb Ave from Arizona underpass to Nelms. Land has been cleared. Planting between 40-70 trees. 9-12 – Come volunteer if you like (if you drive, park at the shelter)

Japanese Garden is being developed.
