- 2018 dues reminder – $20 per household
- Vote on East Lake MARTA development plan, Julia Billings, City of Atlanta, Dept. of Planning
- Sasha Hasanbegovic of BoxLock to speak about a pilot program offering lock boxes to protect packages and home deliveries
- V-18-073: 491 Harold Avenue. Re vote for variance application presented at the April meeting
- V-18-110: 455 Hardendorf Avenue. Applicant seeks variance from zoning regulations to reduce the required south side yard setback from 7ft. to 4ft.
