- “SLOW DOWN” street signs available at the meeting. Signs are provided by PEDS, peds.org and Abbadabba’s, coolshoes.com
- Variance: V-16-162, 1696 McLendon Ave., NE. Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to reduce the ½ – depth front yard setback from the required 17.5 ft. to 10.5 ft. in order to allow an addition to a single family dwelling.
