A message from our neighbors at the Land Trust:

Color-wash-logo-for-webDear Land Trust lovers –

Join us on Saturday, Nov. 1from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to help to create aJapanese Garden at the Land Trust! The Garden is funded by a City of Atlanta “Love Your Block Grant for 2014. As always, pizza will be served when we finish.

Also joining us will be electronic musician and d.j. The Polish Ambassador, “the world’s funkiest diplomat,” stopping by to volunteer with some of his fans as part of his Permaculture Action Tour.

Other projects planned include painting tables and chairs, removing a gate, repairing a picnic table, cleaning rainbarrels, clearing brush, and of course spreading wood chips. Bring drinking water and work gloves, if you have them.

Come out and help beautify the land with neighbors and friendly visitors! Thanks for your ongoing support.

The mission of the Lake Claire Community Land Trust is to acquire, maintain, and protect green space for neighborhood enhancement and education; and to provide a place for neighbors and friends to celebrate nature, community, and the arts.”Visit us at www.LCCLT.org!
