MINUTES FOR LAKE CLAIRE NEIGHBORS Jan. 15, 2026
The meeting began at 7:15 by Zoom only because of cold weather.
Number of attendees: 8 (including guests)
Officers in attendance: Carol Holliday, VP for Planning and NPU Representative, Jay Severa, VP for finances, Beth Grashof, VP for Zoning and Joe Agee, President
City representatives: Lt. Andrew Smith, 6th Precinct
Lt. Smith was asked about a recent ICE raid at Moxie Burger and said he would check the details.
Officer Reports:
Jay Severa: reported on the success of the Lake Claire Arts and Craft Fair that raised over $7,000 that would support schools in Atlanta. He also spoke about helping Nancy Dorsner, VP for Communications, set up a system to remind dues payers when their next payment is coming up.
