The Atlanta Police Department is hosting a citywide Neighborhood Watch Training Course on Saturday, July 13th, from 9am-1pm at their Atlanta Public Safety Headq…uarters- 226 Peachtree Street, SW, Atlanta, GA, 30303. The training will cover how 911 operates, grant opportunities, leadership development, personal safety, and how to successfully maintain a Neighborhood Watch program. If you’re interested in receiving a Neighborhood Watch certification, you must attend a minimum of 4 hours of training. The Registration deadline is July 8th, 2013. Free parking will be provided in the parking deck on Pryor Street.
