These bylaw changes have been approved by the LCN Executive Committee and will be brought before the LCN Membership for a vote:
NPU-N: Latest Version of Proposed Bylaws: NPU-N Bylaws 2013_v4
The only changes from the previous version are formatting in one section, addition of a title, and correction of a spelling error.
Summary of Changes:
· Removed Ponce Corridor East as a member· Changed the quorum number to 5 as a result of removing a member (was 6)
· Created policies for when a vote on an application may be made in between regularly-scheduled meetings
· Specified that a Board member may represent only one organization at a particular meeting
· Provided a specific list of voting options for items listed on agenda as “Matters For Decision”
