Candler Park/Lake Claire Patrol: Sharon Pomeranz, Board Member, CPLC
Sharon : CPLC security patrol. Funded completely by neighborhood dues. APD security officers. # members directly impacts the amount of patrols we can do. Please join the Patrol! Cplcpatrol.com Dues will be going up soon, so join now. Vacation patrol is a benefit. Also looking for new board members.
Results of the Aug. 30 hearing with the DeKalb County Historic Preservation Commission about the Certificate of Appropriateness for fencing the DeKalb portion of the Frazer forest
There is an appeal on the Dekalb portion.

Status of City of Atlanta Proposed Zoning Changes Ordinance
This will come up in the next meeting.
LCN zoning committee supports the goals of the zoning ordinance, but we are concerned about the actual ordinances and ability to meet the goals, and their unintended consequences.
Status of Short-term rentals Ordinance

Hardendorf block party has been postponed due to weather.
