- Variance: V-16-125. 1975 Tuxedo Avenue, NE. Applicant seeks a special exception from the zoning regulations to reduce the west side yard setback from 7 feet to 3.2 feet for an addition to an existing single family residence.
- Variance: V-16-052. 545 Hardendorf Avenue, NE Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to reduce the required half-depth front yard from 17.5 feet to 10.5 feet in order to construct a single family dwelling.
