Public notice and proposed amended ordinance for short term rentals. Unlike the past proposed legislation, this allows a person to have up to 3 short-term rental properties. It requires a permit ($150 fee) and an 8% hotel/motel tax among other things. It also outlines what would happen should there be a violation to the permit.
