Yesterday evening at the July 15, 2021 meeting of Lake Claire Neighbors, a neighbor asked about the status of the ordinance to regulate short-term rentals in the City of Atlanta. A public hearing was held March 1, 2021. City Council adopted the new ordinance on March 15, 2021. A pdf copy of the ordinance can be viewed at the address below:
