The Lake Claire Neighbors (LCN) will meet via Zoom for its July, 2020 meeting. The meeting will be held on its regularly scheduled date, July 16th, at 7:15 pm. A link for this meeting will be sent closer to the meeting date.
On the agenda will be Variance V-20-067, 506 Harold Avenue. The applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulation to 1) reduce the required north side yard setback from 7 feet to 3 feet, and 2) to reduce the required rear yard setback from 15 feet to 3 feet in order to construct an accessory structure.
