Variance Request – 311 Connecticut Ave

The owners of 311 Connecticut Avenue are seeking a variance from the zoning regulation to exceed the maximum floor area of an accessory structure (without an independent kitchen) from 30% of the main structure to 50% of the main structure. The proposed accessory structure includes a two-car garage on the ground level, with an office/guest house on the second level.
