The following zoning variance will be heard and voted on at the June meeting of Lake Clair Neighbors, Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 7:15 pm. This meeting will be held in person at the Frazer Center, 1815 S Ponce de Leon Ave NE, or via Zoom.
REQUEST: The property owner respectfully seeks a variance from the zoning ordinance to 1) reduce the front yard from the required 35-feet to 25.3-feet, and 2) reduce the required front porch dimensions from the required 12-feet wide by 8-feet deep down to 10-feet 6-1/4-inches wide and 6-feet 8-inches deep.
