Variance request: V-11-160 – Special Exception Application for 481 Harold Avenue – Applicant seeks a special exception to allow an 8 ft. wall/privacy fence in the required half-depth front yard where otherwise a 4 ft. fence is allowed. This is a corner lot and the zoning ordinance considers the side yard of a corner lot to be a “front yard” and applies the front four-foot height restriction.
