Variance V-15-404: 2025 Tuxedo Ave. NE. Applicant seeks variance from
zoning regulation to reduce the required west side yard setback from 7 ft. to
5 ft. for the construction of 2nd story addition to an existing single family
Variance V-15-403: 1719 McLendon Ave NE. Applicant seeks variance
from zoning regulation to reduce required west side yard setback from 7 ft.
to 4 ft. to construct a second story addition to a single family dwelling.
