The meeting began at 7:15 with 6 members attending

Announcements and current issues:
Variance: V-22-055, 472 RIDGEWOOD RD NE, ATLANTA, GA 30307.
Applicant seeks a variance to reduce the front-yard setback from 35ft to 25.4ft for an addition to an existing single-family dwelling.
The above variance was unanimously approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm
