Meet and Greet Potluck Party and Halloween Costume Preview
Hi Neighbors,
I’m in the early stage of organizing at ‘Meet and Greet Potluck Party and Halloween Costume Preview” at the Cator Woolford Gardens on Sun. Oct. 23. From 12.30 – 5pm. We’re going to have potluck and food truck as well. Any ideas and suggestions are very welcome.
If you’re a musician, we’re looking for local bands who’d like to perform as well.
Next is ‘Arts and Vintage Collectibles Silent Auction’. All proceeds will be divided equally between Mary Lynn Elementary School and Lake Claire Neighbors. So if you have arts, crafts or decorative items that you wish to donate – welcome!
Drop off location at 592 Harold Ave. NE or bring the piece to the event that day between 12pm-1.30 pm. Auction starts from 2 pm-4 pm. Please contact me for more info. at aprilstar64@yahoo.com. Please help spread the word.
