On Saturday, October 1, Jamestown and Green Street Properties will open up the former City Hall East building for one last look before the renovation begins. Party at Ponce is a fund-raiser to celebrate this milestone, featuring musical performances by the Indigo Girls, Shawn Mullins, and Francine Reed, along with food tastings from Atlanta’s leading chefs. Your ticket to the event gives you the option to tour the building either the weekend before or during the party. All proceeds benefit two Atlanta initiatives–Atlanta BeltLine and Georgia Organics.
