The following zoning variance will be presented and voted on at the July meeting of Lake Clair Neighbors, Thursday, July 18, 2026, at 7:15 pm. This meeting will be held in person at the Frazer Center, 1815 S Ponce de Leon Ave NE, or via Zoom.
SCOPE OF WORK: Update existing deck with roof and screens.
VARIANCE REQUEST: The property owner is seeking a variance from the zoning ordinance to reduce the side yard set back from 7 ft. to 3.5 ft, not 15 ft.
